Get to Know Us

Aviation faculty and staff have offices at the Flight Operations Center and on the main Westminster campus. We work from both locations to assist students in meeting their educational and flight training goals.

It takes a large team to operate and manage a flight program. Click the links to the left under the "Get to Know Us" heading to learn more about our leadership team, our maintenance staff, our dispatchers, our flight instructors, our interns, and our student workers.

We all work together for the success of our students and we'd love for you to get to know us just as we look forward to getting to know you.

Students

Our aviation students are the focus of our program and have been described by outside evaluators as being, "especially enthusiastic and engaged." Want to get to know two of them? Read their blogs! They describe what life is like as a Westminster Aviation Student.

Interns & Student Workers

Some of our current students are also completing internships at the Flight Operations Center. To get to know them, go here.

Westminster also employs students in nearly every department on campus. Aviation is no exception. Students work at the Flight Operations Center and in the Simulation and Testing Center. Working on campus is a great way to earn extra money and develop resume-building skills. To see what open positions are available and to learn more about working on campus, click here.

Admissions

Manny Villalobos is your go-to person if you have any questions about admission requirements, how to schedule an introductory flight, or how to schedule a campus visit. His Admissions Bio is found on this page. He can be reached at mvillalobos@westminstercollege.edu or 801-832-2218.

Facebook Group

Another way to get to know us is to request membership in the "Westminster College Aviation" Facebook group. There, you can interact with aviation alumni, current students, prospective students, and other friends of the program.
