CPR/AED Review classes are for participants who have current American Red Cross certification that is about to expire or just expired. American Red Cross certification card is needed for instructor verification in order to attend the class. Register for the review class online or in person at the Reception Desk in the Eccles Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center.

How to Register for a CPR/AED or First Aid Course
Class size is limited to 20 participants. Registration can be done at the Receptioin Desk in the Eccles Health, Wellness and Athletic Center or Online. Registration can also be done over the phone with a credit card by calling Traci Siriprathane at 801.832.2862. Payment is due at the time of registration. NOTE: In order for a course to be taught, a minimum of four (4) participants are required.
About Our First Aid and Safety Courses
The Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Department offers a variety of American Red Cross CPR and First Aid courses to best meet your needs, whether it be for employment requirements, personal knowledge, or to fulfill certain degree requirements/prerequisites. In addition to basic First Aid, we offer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Adults, Children, and Infants, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training for Adults and Children.
CPR and First Aid Course Descriptions
All American Red Cross courses are designed to help participants identify and eliminate potentially hazardous conditions in their environment, recognize emergencies and make appropriate decision for first aid care.
Requirements for successful course completion and certification are ---
All American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid courses completion certificates are now valid for 2 years. Classes Currently Offered:
Adult CPR with AED - 3.5 hour class
Adult and Child CPR with AED and Infant CPR – 4.0 hour class
First Aid – 2 hour class
CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Health Care Provider – 6 hour class
