Master Track Mentoring
Bill & Vieve Gore School of Business | Master Track 2014-2015
The Bill & Vieve Gore School of Business Master Track Seminar provides MBA student and recent MBA alumni the opportunity to explore practical business issues and personal career issues, receive executive-level coaching from a personal coach and individual corporate mentoring support from esteemed business leaders. This program began in the 2000–2001 academic year to meet the combined mentorship and executive development needs of our MBA students. Selection is limited and will be based on the applicant pool. Since its inception, the Master Track program has received high praise from each of the participants and their corporate mentors.

Each participant is asked to keep the details of every conversation absolutely confidential. There is no grade given for this program and 100% participation in the program components is required. Here are the norms that participants are expected to observe during the program.
Master Track Defined
Master Track is a 9 month-long program with a small cohort of individuals in each group, which meets once per month during the school year from September through May. It is co-led by two experienced business leaders with executive coaching and group facilitation experience. The charge for this non-credit seminar is $990. The program offers:
Corporate Mentoring; corporate mentors and participants are paired up at the beginning of each Master Track year through a process of interviewing; that pair then meets each month to discuss the goals and objectives of the Master Track participant.
