Kate Bradshaw '03

Kate Bradshaw graduated with a BA in history in 2003 and is now the vice president of the Utah Food Industry Association. After graduating, she began working in politics with the Utah Republican Party and enjoyed seeing the change that happens on the local level. The writing and communication skills she learned at Westminster gave her the confidence and competency she needed to succeed in this position.  At Westminster, Kate participated in many activities that helped her grow both personally and professionally. Kate was captain of the woman’s volleyball team and an honors student. Those experiences helped her develop leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills, which were invaluable as Kate moved from her position with the Utah Republican Party to the Utah House of Representatives. Kate was a public relations officer for the House for two years before deciding to start her own political consulting company, which led to her position with the Utah Food Industry.
