Job Description:
• Summer duties will be working on a digital filing system and digitizing a large volume of paper records into that system
• Serve as backup for Sr. Administrative Assistant and Administrative Assistant to the President for answering phones and greeting guests
• Prepare necessary materials for Board of Trustees meetings
• Work closely with Sr. Administrative Assistant to the President and Board Secretary to ensure everything is ready for Board of Trustees meetings
• Copy and send signed thank you letters to donors
• Track thank you letters and share information with Office of Advancement
•Light research may be requested by President
•Maintain office filing system
• Process daily mail
• Create, print, mail and track certificates and letters to new presidents of other universities
• Maintain office recycling
• Shred all confidential documents
• Keep office supplies stocked; order as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Work schedule flexible around class schedule
• Must maintain confidentiality
