Westminster Hires Executive Director of Communication
Salt Lake City (June 18, 2004) --Westminster College has appointed Laura A. Murphy as Executive Director of Communications. Murphy will design and implement an integrated marketing communication plan to increase public understanding of Westminster at the local, regional and national levels.
With more than twenty years of marketing and advertising experience acquired in New York, Boston and Utah, she brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the college, including expertise in building brands and implementing integrated marketing communication plans. Prior to joining Westminster, Murphy held senior positions at the Sundance Resort, Bremer Public Relations and Park City Mountain Resort. In addition she holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. from Boston University.
