We teamed up with local business owners and community members to create a great event. Shoppers participated in a survey regarding the Sugar House Business District, got their kids' pictures taken at the Santa Shack, did some arts and crafts in Rockwood Studios, and visited local businesses to complete their wish lists. Thank you to all the participating businesses, the volunteers, and the shoppers who braved the snow! if you would like to know more about the survey, click here. We will add pictures from the event from the event soon. For more information and for a list of participating businesses, click here. Our next Sugar House Summit takes place on Saturday, February 27, titled The Art of Building Community. Speakers will discuss various ways to develop Sugar House as a stable and thriving community for residents and businesses. Topics of discussion will include: Connected by Design: The Art of Building Community by Dr. Gary Daynes and Kathleen Hill Join local community activists to talk about, learn about and explore the future of Sugar House!
