We all deal with tons of stress on a daily basis. Come learn some techniques to not only manage stress, but how to make stress WORK for YOU!

 

THE WELLNESS FLOOR AT WESTMINSTER

Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who are interested in working out, eating right and living an overall healthy lifestyle.

We are thrilled to have a dedicated Wellness Floor now! 2nd Floor Carleson is a Wellness themed residential hall for any student interested in overall healthy living.

If you are a Westminster student and like working out, eating healthy, playing sports or just like health and fitness in general, this floor is for YOU!

Some of the activities we will be doing this year include:

  • Trips to the Farmers Market
  • Yoga & Meditation classes
  • Group runs
  • Group exercise classes
  • Intramural sports
  • Cooking classes
  • And so much more!
