Matt Caputo of Caputo's Market helped us explore the culinary aspects of salt.
- Bill White, geologist from the University of Utah helped us understand the geology of the Bonneville Salt Flats.
- Westminster's very own Hikmet Loe will discussed Great Salt Lake salt in art.
- Jessie L. Embry from the Redd Center for Western Studies talked about racing and mining on the Bonnelville Salt Flats.
- GSLI's Director Bonnie Baxtor acted as panel moderator.
