Leah Weisgal was appointed to the Young Leaders Advisory Council for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the decision-making board comprised of national leaders under 30 years old who develop, implement and give feedback on the organization's strategies to make sure young people are remaining centered in the reproductive justice movement. Personal Accomplishment

Nicole Tyler represented Westminster and Salt Lake City at the Women of the World Poetry Slam 2016 in Brooklyn. She is now ranked 9 out of 96 poets in the world after the competition. Nicole is a sophomore majoring in English with a psychology minor and is the current Slam Master of Westminster Slam. Nicole has been part of the Westminster College 2015 Collegiate Union Poetry Slam Invitational team, was a finalist for both Salt City Slam and Sugar Slam's 2014-2015 season, took fourth in the 2015 Utah Arts Festival Team Slam, and represented Salt Lake City at the 2015 Individual World Poetry Slam.
