Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion assists the Westminster College community in creating a healthy and inclusive campus. Whether we’re fostering meaningful dialogue, providing education and increasing awareness, encouraging action, or fostering community partnerships, diversity and inclusion are at the core of everything we do.
Campus Culture
Westminster is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community. Our students, faculty, and staff work together to create a culture of creativity and innovation, while promoting inclusiveness and respect for differences. Faculty and staff are engaged in diversity and inclusion initiatives across campus, and receive support for continuous learning and development.

Centers and Offices
You’ll find offices and centers across campus dedicated to providing opportunities for our community to learn about diversity and inclusion, and engage in a wide variety of campus diversity initiatives.
Student Diversity Center
There is no better place to learn and grow than at one of Utah’s most diverse institutions. Through our academic programs, co-curricular offerings, and campus support and services, Westminster strives to create an inclusive environment where every student is challenged to think critically, is free to explore ideas, and is given the space to create a meaningful experience during college and beyond.
Student Resources
Whether you're navigating college as an undocumented student, looking for scholarships, or seeking support after experiencing bias on campus, we're here to help.
Community, Alums, and Industry
At Westminster, we recognize the importance of connecting with our community. Whether you’re a community nonprofit, an alum of the college, or a business looking to expand its workforce diversity, Westminster offers a wealth of diversity-centered resources.
Support Diversity
We are committed to making Westminster a place where you belong. To do this, we rely on individuals, companies, and foundations to invest in diversity at Westminster, and lend their talents, expertise, and time.

"Colleges and universities have always had to work at acknowledging diversity and creating inclusive spaces. The current [national] climate has put pressure on higher education institutions to do that work more intently."
