|Independent Contractors||Individuals who provides goods or services, not already delivered by a current employee, to Westminster College under terms specified in a contract.||Independent Contractor Process|
|Changes to Current Staff Members or Positions||When changes are needed to an existing position or staff member, supervisors are required
to submit a Personnel Action Form before the changes can be processed. Changes that
require a form include, but are not limited to:

- Identify a vacancy: Once you identify a position that will be available, connect with your cabinet member to discuss plans to fill your vacancy before moving forward with the job posting process.
- Update Job Description: The first step in the hiring process or position reclassification is to update the job description. Work with HR to update the job description and determine the correct job level and appropriate salary range (if needed). Follow these instructions: Updating Job Descriptions
