Westminster moved up in the 2022 edition of The Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings list. The college is ranked 217—placing in the top third of colleges nationwide and 44th in the western region.

Westminster received its highest marks in outcomes, followed by resources, and student engagement—or how students connect intellectually and socially on campus. Students surveyed for the ranking praised Westminster for the extent of its collaborative learning opportunities; the opportunity for interaction with professors; and the college's rigorous academics that challenge students, support critical thinking, apply learning to the real world, and make connections across topics, courses, and disciplines.

The Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Ranking is a ranking of universities and colleges designed to put graduate success and student learning at its heart. Almost 20 percent of The WSJ/THE College Ranking relies on a powerful student survey dataset: the annual THE U.S. Student Survey, which captures the voices of over 170,000 US students across all ranked colleges. The full methodology can be found on The World University Rankings website.
