Students who graduated from Westminster and who are not currently pursuing a degree may request an Alumni Audit according to the following guidelines:

  • Alumni must register through the Alumni Relations Office.
  • Alumni will not be added to waitlists when a course is considered full.
  • Alumni Audit applications must be received at least two business days before the first day of the semester.
  • Students wishing to participate in the Alumni Audit program are required to adhere to all college deadlines for withdrawal and payment of tuition and fees. Students who fail to withdraw will be charged accordingly. Alumni Audits will receive a bill from accounting.
  • Students currently pursuing a graduate degree may not participate in the Alumni Audit program for an undergraduate course while taking classes at the graduate level.
  • Not all classes are eligible for Alumni Audits. For example, it is not possible to take music lessons or independent art courses at the Alumni Audit rate due to the costs of hiring instructors. Please contact the Alumni Office for eligible courses.
  • Only students with graduate-level degrees from Westminster College may choose to audit a graduate-level course. The following programs will allow alumni to audit courses in their programs.
    • Master of Education Program (MED)
    • Master of Community Leadership (MACL)
    • Master of Professional Communication (MPC)
    • Master of Public Health (MPH)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Master of Business Administration in Technology Commercialization (MBATC)
    • Master of Accountancy (MACC)

Alumni of Westminster College are eligible to become members of the Eccles Health, Wellness and Athletic Center. The center offers members two cardio decks, an elevated track, group fitness classes, personal training, a swimming pool and swim instruction, weight room, locker room, racquetball courts, and a climbing wall.

Alumni Membership Rates

Monthly rates for alumni within 1 year after their date of graduation are $15.00.
Monthly rates for alumni who graduated 1 year ago or more, will be $19.00 per month. (Partners pay $19 a month for membership.)

How to Join

First, drop by the Adamson Alumni House so that we can verify your alumni status for use of the facility. Or, fill out the Alumni Services request form belowe. Once your alumni status is verified (One business day after completing the online form, or we'll do it while you wait if you drop by the office) your information will be sent to the Eccles Health, Wellness Athletic Center.

You will need to visit the center, fill out a membership agreement, pay your fees, and have a picture taken for your ID, then you are able to use the Eccles Health Wellness and Athletic Center.

Library Cards

Alumni can check out material from the Giovale Library. All you need is an Alumni ID Card. Please stop by the Alumni House (south of the parking structure and Health and Wellness Center) or fill out the Alumni Services request form below, so we can confirm your alumni status. You will then be able to obtain your card and you are welcome to begin checking out library material for 28 days.

Online Resources

Graduates continue to have access to the Library's online resources, including the research databases, e-books, and full-text online periodicals, whenever you visit the Giovale Library. You will no longer be able to log in from off-campus, due to contractual agreements the College has made with our online resource providers which cannot be amended. You will need a Westminster Computer Account to log on.

Alumni that have graduated from Westminster College may continue to use their network and email accounts to:

  • Access your unofficial transcript anytime.
  • Save files to the Westminster network.
  • Access the Giovale Library databases.

If you graduated from Westminster in or after 2007, your Westminster Network and Email Account will remain active, as long as you use it. If you do not use your account for six months, you will be contacted before it is deleted. You can still reactivate it, but your files will be deleted.

If you graduated from Westminster before 2007, forgot your ID and/or password, or would like to reactivate your account simply fill out the Alumni Services request form below to have your account reactivated.

Alumni can order official Westminster College transcripts, online or in-house, via the Registrar's Office.

How much does a Westminster Plate Cost?

$50 for the first year

  • $30 donation to the scholarship fund - (price decreased May 1, 2012)
  • $16 one-time license plate registration fee
  • $4 shipping fee

Your $30 donation may be tax-deductible. Please check with your tax advisor.

*You can get a Westminster Plate anytime, you don't have to wait for your annual registration renewal. Your Westminster plate will come with registration decals that match your current vehicle registration.

How do I get a Westminster Plate?

  1. By direct mail (Requires payment by check)
    Make your donation and purchase your plates with one check, payable to the Utah State Tax commission. The state will forward your donation to Westminster and mail your plates and state tags to your home. Download a printable form
  2. At the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
    Complete the required forms, make your donation, and get your Westminster plates.

How do I renew my Westminster Plate?

Your annual donation is added into the total amount shown on your state vehicle registration materials. Note: Be sure to review your registration form carefully. A line item specifically showing Westminster College Plates must appear on your form. Westminster will not receive your donation if “collegiate plates” or any other listing appears.

Alumni can request a free copy of the Westminster Review alumni magazine to be sent directly to their door each spring and fall.
