Our mission is to build the college's brand and support the promotional needs of the campus community. Our experienced, professional staff creates marketing and branding materials, manages media purchases, works with external news organizations, produces a wide range of print and digital materials, produces internal newsletters, and creates and maintains a strategic web presence. Through these efforts, we ensure clear, concise communication of ideas and initiatives related to Westminster College. We also produce an array of publications, including the Westminster Review magazine—a bi-annual publication—as well as manage the college's website infrastructure and campus digital media.

We offer a wide range of communication-related services so you can leverage the strength of the college's image to promote your campus event, program, initiative, department, or achievement to both internal and external audiences. Our friendly staff is here to help you—we have expertise in public relations, copyediting, graphic design, marketing strategy, media buying, photography, social media, and web design.

Our 10 Touch-Point Process for Design Success
  1. YOU submit marketing & communication request form
  2. YOU send us your FINAL copy for project (Word files are great)
  3. WE will copyedit
  4. WE design
  5. WE send you first proof for approval
  6. YOU send us your feedback
  7. WE approve final document
  8. YOU make final changes as per your feedback
  9. WE copyedit one last time to catch any typos/grammar mistakes

Timeline between steps vary according to project. A good rule of thumb is to give us at least two weeks to work on a small project, and four weeks or more on larger projects.
