Paying for Tuition
Tuition, room, and board and other special fees are due in full on the first day of the given semester. Students unable to make the full payment must make other arrangements with Student Account Services by the first day of each semester.
Westminster College accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check, electronic check, cashiers check, traveler's check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. All credit card transactions will be assessed a processing fee of 2.5%.
Students may pay for tuition online with an electronic check or accepted credit card through Self-Service using their Westminster login and password.
For electronic check (ACH) payments, please have the following information: routing number, bank account number, and check number.
Students wishing to pay in person may do so at the Cashier's Window in Bamberger Hall.
Students wishing to pay with an accepted credit card by phone may do so by calling the Cashier's Window at 801.832.2135.
Students wishing to pay their tuition with a check by mail may do so by mailing their payment:

Please indicate the student's name and student ID number with the payment so that it can be applied correctly.
For the convenience and safety of our international students, effective 07/01/16 all international students will be required to pay tuition, fees, room and board through Flywire.
Overpayment of account balances is highly discouraged. If a payment is $3,000 or more over the amount billed for the semester, the overpayment amount will be applied as a prepayment to the following term. Refunds may be given for amounts less than $3,000 once per term if requested in writing. No refunds will be given until after the semester add/drop date for the program.
