About

Kristjane Nordmeyer is an associate professor of sociology. Kristjane's teaching and research interests include gender, sexuality, research methods, cats, and study-abroad in Scandinavia. In addition to serving as co-chair of Westminster College's Sociology Program, Kristjane teaches in the Honors College and Gender Studies Program. She teaches a wide range of courses both on campus and internationally as part of Westminster College's May Term Study Experiences. Kristjane's research and essays appear in numerous publications, including Teaching Sociology, Contexts, and Sexuality & Culture.
