2018–19 Undergraduate Tuition and Fees

Tuition, room and board, and other class fees are due in full on the first day of the semester. Students unable to make the full payment must make other arrangements with the Student Account Services Office by the first day of the semester. Each semester is billed according to the number of credit hours a student is registered for in that semester. Waitlisted classes are not billed until the student is officially added to the class.

Full Time registration is 12 or more credits in a semester.

Westminster Scholarships usually require full time enrollment.

Other fees may apply for certain classes including but not limited to: nursing, education, photography, private music lessons, etc.

Course Audits

The tuition charge per credit hour for auditing a course is $698 for undergraduate programs. No student activity fees are assessed for audits. The audit technology fee of $50 will apply to classes being audited.

Full time attendance and payment of Fall 2018 earns you 2 May/Summer Discount Credits, and full time attendance and payment of Spring 2019 earns you 2 May/Summer Discount Credits to apply to your tuition costs for May Term or Undergraduate Summer Term.

Earned May/Summer Discounts are first applied to May Term. If May Term classes are dropped after the last day for 100% refund, both your charges and discount credits will be calculated at the refund rate percentage as of the date the drop is processed.

**To use 2 Discounted Credits, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 Undergraduate Summer credit hours.

Summer Term is billed at $927 per credit. Above 8 credit hours there will be an additional charge of $927 per credit hour.

If you were not full-time or have not paid for your tuition for the fall or spring semesters, the discount credits will not apply and the student is responsible for the charges.

Please note that May Term or Summer Term trips will have additional charges. This is billed separately from your tuition charges.

Discount credits must be used within the same academic year that they are earned. They do not carry over or apply to other terms. Unused discount credits are forfeited.

Only applicable to the regular undergraduate program for students charged at the above rate. Does not apply to RN to BS or BBA programs, or any other undergraduate program that is billed at an already-discounted rate.

Some classes will have a $11 Nursing Malpractice Insurance Fee associated with them. This is charged the term that you are registered for the class.

For each credit above 12, there will be an additional charge of $525 per credit for tuition.

Students enrolling in the BBA program will be charged per project sequence at the rate of $667 per credit hour. At 12 credit hours, each project sequence will cost $8,004. There are a total of 5 project sequences in the program.
