Student Diversity and Inclusion Center Events
The Student Diversity and Inclusion Center provides opportunities and spaces for discussion on issues of power, privilege, oppression, and social engagement. Each year, the center hosts a variety of events to achieve these goals and facilitate these conversations.
The Heritage Series seeks to examine various social justice issues through the lens of cultural awareness months. Heritage aims to provide dialogues that speak to the factors that contribute to social inequality and oppression while also highlighting the strengths in our social and cultural diversity. It is our hope that this series will inspire connections—not only between ideas and movements—but also between people who are agents of positive social change.
