Counseling Services

Counseling services are available to all registered students through the Counseling Center. Depression, anxiety, relationship issues, alcohol and drug problems, and family dysfunction are some of the common reasons for seeking counseling services. Services are provided in a comfortable office in the lower level of Shaw. Counseling is confidential and provided at no charge. Appointments may be scheduled in person, by telephone, or email.

Westminster students can access ULifeline where you can:

  • Take a quick mental health test from a self-evaluator, which identifies common mental health issues
  • Learn more about mental health issues and the warning signs of emotional distress and suicide
  • Access emergency contact information and on and off-campus resources

Westminster students can also take FREE and anonymous self-assessments for Depression, Anxiety, and Alcohol Use by clicking on the Screening for Mental Health link.
