Westminster University Mail Services handles university mailings and incoming mail and packages for residents of university housing.

Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Mail Services does not pick up, deliver, or receive mail on Saturday.

Incoming Mail

Mail Services receives mail and packages from the United States Post Office, UPS, FedEX, Ontrac and DHL. All packages requiring a signature are signed for by a university staff member. Incoming Mail is sorted and delivered to the various departments, offices, and residence halls on campus. Packages too large to fit in student mail boxes are available for pick up, with picture ID, at the mail room during business hours.

Outgoing Mail

Department account codes must be clearly written or stamped on all outgoing mail. If you are including business reply envelopes in any of your mailings, those also need to have an account code, a department name, or person's name on them to ensure correct delivery when returned. Pick up of outgoing mail from campus buildings and offices is at 1:30 p.m.

Outgoing Personal Mail

For your convenience, stamped letters and postage paid packages, including USPS, UPS and FedEx, can be dropped at the window in Walker Hall during business hours. Books of stamps and single stamps can be purchased at the Campus Bookstore in Shaw.
