Impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Currently, the bookstore is open to the public during reduced hours and is fulfilling as many online orders as possible. A limit of 21 people will be allowed in the store at one time. The bookstore is following operational and sanitation direction to keep the campus community as healthy as possible.
Before coming to the bookstore, review the latest guidelines everyone on campus must follow to help reduce the spread of COVID-19:
Limited-contact pick up will be available for in-store pick up. Wait by the sign outside of the bookstore entrance and call 801.832.2700—a team member will bring your order out, check your ID (government or Westminster), and place your order in a designated area. Allow the team member to place the item down and step back before approaching.
Students, faculty and staff, alumni, friends, and family: show your Griffin pride! The Westminster Bookstore has all of your merchandise, gifts, and academic needs covered.
The bookstore carries a wide selection of Westminster apparel and Griffin fan gear, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and more. A variety of gifts, collectibles, drinkware, diploma frames, and more are also available, as well as gift cards. Shop in store or browse online where additional items can be found. Items purchased online can be shipped to the bookstore for pickup by selecting the option at checkout.
The bookstore offers a selection of textbooks, novels, and other course materials for rental and purchase (new and used) to ensure that Westminster students are prepared for academic success. You can learn the materials you will need for the semester through the bookstore website by entering your student ID number or the courses you will be taking. You can also stop by the bookstore to see if your course materials are available in store (inventory is limited). Some materials are only available for purchase online but can be shipped to the bookstore for pickup by selecting the option at checkout.
If you can find a lower price on textbooks you need through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or a local campus competitor, the bookstore is willing to price match the item(s) for you. View policies on price matching to see if your textbook(s) qualify.
At the end of a semester, you can sell your textbooks back to the bookstore both in store and online. Textbooks need to be in good condition. You may get as much as 50% of your book's original price.
The bookstore carries supplies that you may need for courses, including general supplies, art materials, specialty supplies (study aids, program-specific materials, etc.), and electronics. Some materials are only available for purchase online. The bookstore stocks some pens, pencils, calculators, notebooks, etc. for purchase in store. Items purchased online can be shipped to the bookstore for pickup by selecting the option at checkout.
In addition to the laptops, desktops, tablets, and more sold on the bookstore website, the bookstore has partnerships with Dell and Lenovo to offer special pricing/discounts on a variety of electronics.
The bookstore is located in the Shaw Student Center.
