Learning Communities
A Learning Community is composed of courses in different areas linked by a common theme. You will take classes with the other students in your cohort, and the faculty teaching the classes become your academic advisors. All full-time first-year students are required to register for a Learning Community in the fall semester. Completing a Learning Community is also a requirement of the WCore liberal education program.
