Beekeeper

This student employee maintains the campus hives and offers bee-related events.

Bike Collective Staff

The Bike Collective employs both bike mechanics and an outreach coordinator who puts on events.

Eco-Representatives

The Eco-reps are a team of students that promote sustainable living in the residence halls.

Environmental Justice Coordinator

This student provides outreach and programming related to environmental justice and helps integrate justice into Environmental Center programs across the board.

Office Assistant

This is a great student employment position to start out in the center and learn about what we do. This student helps plan Earth Day, oversees the green event kit, and helps out wherever needed.

Organic Garden Managers

This small team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the garden program, including design, planting, irrigation, harvesting, event planning, and volunteer management.

Sustainability Fellows

This student team works collaboratively to identify, implement, and assess at least two campus projects per year that promote widespread student learning about sustainability.

Custom Employment Opportunities

Students who have skills and passions outside the positions listed above may be able to work with center staff to create a custom position. These must address an identified campus need.  Examples include our Environmental Arts Coordinator and Waste Minimization Coordinator.
