Title IX

Westminster’s Title IX program is comprehensive and seeks to stop, remedy, and prevent incidents of gender-based discrimination and sexual misconduct. Westminster is committed to providing a safe and non-discriminatory learning and working environment for all members of the Westminster community. If you have experienced or witnessed conduct that may violate the university's Title IX policy, you are encouraged to report it using the Title IX reporting form. Once a report is made, the university will take prompt, equitable, and effective action to eliminate prohibited conduct, prevent its recurrence, and remedy its effects.

Bias Reporting

If you experience an immediate threat or emergency and require assistance, contact Campus Patrol at 801.832.2525. If you feel that you have experienced or witnessed bias, you are encouraged to report it using the bias report form. The Bias Education and Support team will help you determine how to handle, respond to, and/or resolve your bias experience.
