"Great Colleges to Work For" Employee Engagement Survey

This Spring, Westminster will be participating in the “Great Colleges to Work For,” campus-wide employee engagement survey. On March 20, 2023 the survey will be distributed to all staff, faculty, and adjunct employees. Invitations with details about the survey and instruction on how to log on will be sent to you via email from Great Colleges.
This survey is one of the ways that we can listen to all campus employees, invest in their experience, and continuously strive to build a strong workplace culture. The data we receive will help us understand where we are thriving and where we need to prioritize in improving our workplaces. Survey topics include work quality, communication, management, workplace culture, benefits, and many other subjects. You will be able to access the survey wherever a computer or cell phone that receives email is available, even at home.
When you receive the invitation, please take a few moments to complete the survey. This is a chance to make your voice heard, and a high response rate helps ensure an accurate representation of our employee community.
The survey is voluntary and completely confidential; our institution will not be able to trace results back to individuals. Your survey will be processed by ModernThink LLC, an independent management consulting firm focusing on workplace quality in higher education.
