About
Brian Wierman is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management in the Bill & Vieve Gore School of Business. He has also taught at the University of Manchester in the UK and Kent State in Ohio. Brian’s research focuses on Critical Management Studies and the relationship between politics, critical theory, and business. He has worked as a leadership and strategy consultant with several companies in the Intermountain West, and is a reserve US Marine strategist assigned to the Pentagon. His Ph.D. in Management is from the University of Manchester in the UK. Brian is published with Behavioral Science and Policy, and with Routledge and Edward Elgar academic presses. His most recent work addressed ideology in popular business books. Brian lives in Sugar House with his wife and three children.
