A Personal Trainer is a Fitness Professional who is hired for private instruction. All of our Personal Trainers are NATIONALLY CERTIFIED and can help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Get professional assistance to improve the way you look and feel by increasing your cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance and coordination. The trainer will monitor your progress and fine-tune your program as you go, helping you work your way through plateaus and onto achieving your fitness goals!

Personal Training is sold in increments of 1, 6, 12, or 18 session packages with an increasing discount the more sessions you buy at once. Each session lasts for 1 hour.
Students and their Spouse/Partner (Undergraduate & Graduate)

Buddy Packages are available for members who wish to share their training session(s) with a partner or 'buddy'. The trainer will train both clients at the same time for the period of a regular one-hour session. Limit 2 participants. Both participants MUST be active members of the HWAC.
